Attendance Policy
ONLINE CNA REQUIREMENTS
- Valid Identification
- A government-issued photo ID (e.g., driver’s license, passport) must be provided to verify identity and at least 16 years of age.
- Social Security Number (SSN) or ITIN
- Applicants must provide a Social Security Number (SSN) or ITIN number for
background checks and certification purposes.

- Fingerprinting/Live Scan (Completed before Clinical Hours)
- Before clinical hours begin, applicants complete a Live Scan fingerprinting process to undergo a criminal background check with form CDPH 283I before clinical rotations.
- History & Physical Examination (Completed before Clinical Hours)
- Before clinical hours begin, a doctor-approved History & Physical form is required, which includes
verification of a negative tuberculosis (TB) test result.- If the TB test is positive, a negative chest X-ray result is required instead.
- The medical examination must be conducted by a licensed healthcare provider
and submitted before starting clinical rotations.

- Applicants must have access to a desktop, laptop, smart device/phone, or tablet
to participate in Zoom sessions for virtual learning. - Students are required to create an account in our Learning Management System
(LMS) to access course materials, assignments, and communication with
instructors. - Students must also use an industry standard approved password to access the
Learning Management System, ensuring the privacy and integrity of their
accounts by not sharing username and password with anyone.

ONLINE CNA COURSE OVERVIEW
Online CNA Course Description
BZ School of Nursing Online CNA Full Time & Part Time, California State approved program from start to finish. You will learn everything you need to know about becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant and becoming an integral part of the health care team. CNA’s are always in demand and you can make a significant difference in someone’s life. It’s challenging and rewarding.
Classroom Instruction: Our program includes in-depth classroom/online instruction
covering essential topics such as patient care, anatomy, infection control, and
communication skills and the importance of reporting abnormal conditions of their
residents/patients to appropriate supervisors. Students will learn the principles of
nursing care, including how to assist with activities of daily living, monitor vital signs,
and support patients’ emotional and physical well-being.
Hands-On Clinical Training: Students will gain real-world experience through supervised
clinical rotations in our CDPH approved clinical site. This hands-on training is an integral
part of our program, allowing students to apply their knowledge in a practical setting,
interact with patients, work alongside experienced healthcare professionals with the
instructor by your side.
State Certification Preparation: The program thoroughly prepares students for the
California CNA certification exam. This includes both a written examination and a
practical skills assessment. Our curriculum is based on California Community Colleges
Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO) which is CDPH approved to ensure that students are fully
prepared to meet the requirements for the certificate.
Ethics and Professionalism: In addition to technical skills, our program emphasizes the
importance of ethics, professionalism, and compassionate care. Students will learn the
importance of maintaining patient confidentiality, respecting patients’ rights, and
adhering to professional standards of conduct during clinical rotations.
Online CNA Certification
Upon successful completion of the online program, students will be required to take the State Written & Skills Test. Students will be required to demonstrate the practical training he or she learned. The student will be asked to perform 3 of the 25 skills that he/she learned during the program.

Total Online CNA Tuition: $1,795
($110 Non Refundable Deposit Required to Reserve Spot. $110 is deducted from the $1,795 total if you continue with the program.
TOTAL COST: $1,795
PAYMENT PLAN DETAILS:
Half – $842.50 is due on or before the first day of class. The remaining half – $842.50 is due on or before the first day of clinicals.
Any payments made (either by student or 3rd party) is non-refundable unless requested 3 days prior to the start date of class.
