REQUIREMENTS
- 16 years of age
- Valid State Identification card
- Social Security Card / ITIN#
- Physical Examination by a physician or nurse practitioner
- Negative PPD Test or Negative X-Ray prior to clinical rotation
- Must pass a Live Scan Fingerprinting background check

(or Active CNA Certificate to complete 20 Hours HHA Theory/20 Hours HHA Clinical)

The skills we learned in theory, we will put into practice in our clinical setting.
