    After the initial deposit of $110 required to secure a seat, the $842.5 needs to be paid by the final week of theory. The last $842.5 must be paid prior to final week of class.

  10. What are the prerequisites for enrolling in By Zip School of Nursing’s CNA training programs?
    Must be at least 16 years of age. Must have a valid State Identification card. Must have a Social Security Card Physical Examination by a physician or nurse practitioner within 90 days prior to clinical rotation. PPD (TB) test within 90 days prior to our clinical rotation. Must pass a Live Scan Fingerprinting background check. The Live Scan Fingerprinting during mandatory orientation.
  11. Is By Zip School of Nursing’s CNA training program available in multiple languages?
